The Chair welcomed Members to  the meeting of the Culture, Welsh Language and Communications Committee.  

1.2     In accordance with Standing Order 34.19, the Chair stated that she had determined that the public were excluded from the Committee’s meeting in order to protect public health. 

1.3     The Chair stated that if for any reason she dropped out of the meeting, the Committee had agreed that David Melding MS would act as Temporary Chair in accordance with Standing Order 17.22.

·         write a short report on the impact of the COVID 19 outbreak on sports;

·         write to Bauer Media regarding the proposed rebranding of the Swansea Sound Radio Station;

·         write to the Welsh Government on the First Supplementary Budget 2020-21; and

·         request a Plenary Debate slot to discuss the report on the ‘Impact of the COVID 19 outbreak on the arts sector’ from the Business Committee.
